Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Our prices are listed next to the service you are looking for.

Q: How long will it take?

A: Plan on dropping the vehicle between 8:30-9:00 and we will call once the vehicle is ready later that day.

Q: I have a foul odor, can you get rid of it?

A: YES we offer odor removal, an interior detail is required plus the cost of the ozone treatment.

Q: I have some stains, will they come out?

A: More often than not YES, however it depends on the type of stain and how long it has set in.

Q: Can you get rid of a scratch?

A: As a rule of thumb, if your fingernail sticks in it then probably not. However we can fix most and the ones we can't become much less noticeable. We recommend our paint correction/leveling service where a highly skilled technician will restore your paint.

Q: Why choose Attention to Detail Plus?

A: Because we are one of the only detailers in the area that not only cleans, but can sanitize.  We will add value back to your car guaranteed.  We perform a 26pt inspection to show areas that we can add value back to, and take dramatic before and after pictures of the difference we made for YOU.

Q: What's better wax or sealants?

A: Sealants hands down.  Waxes only last a couple of months, they become soft as the cars surface temp. is above 80 degrees allowing harmful UV Rays and dirt in the air to damage and become trapped in the paint.  Sealants form a molecular bond to the paint and provide a thin "HARD" shell to protect against this. In fact in our full detail we ONLY use a sealant.

Q: What are these glass coatings or paint coatings, and are they worth it?

A: These are the latest in vehicle protection.  Paint comes in two stages. Color or basecoat, and clear coat.  not properly detailed twice a year scratches develop in the clear coat and the only way to fix them is to remove some of the paint by wearing the sides down smooth with the depth of the scratch.  These coatings are like adding a second cleaar coat and have hydrophobic qualities that dirt and water repell off the surface.  So cars stay cleaner longer and have the very best in protection.
